Commissions started before a change are subject to the terms on the time it was started.
By purchasing a commission from me, the artist, you agree to be purchasing my services only. If you have a problem with any of the below conditions, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to paying for your commissioned piece.i. Requests
a. I have the right to reject any request that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.b. Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.ii. Payment
a. Payment methods include Paypal (Invoice), Kofi (Paypal), and GCash (PH)b. Currency accepted is either USD or Philippine Pesoc. Rush orders are subject to
additional paymentiii. Refunds and Cancellations
a. The customer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.b. If for any reason I am unable to start or proceed further on your commission you will receive a full refund.c. If you cancel your order before I started it, you will receive a full refund.iv. Process and Delivery
a. Work will not start until I receive the full payment.b. Delivery time varies greatly on the order complexity, my health, studies, etc. Delivery time can vary from 10 days up to 3 months. I am a student so I ask the commissioner for a lot of patience.c. You will be updated on the progress of the artwork.d. I will notify you when I have started on your commission and you, therefore, lose the rights to a refund.v. Revisions
a. Revisions in the sketch is allowed, and shall be approved of the buyer before proceeding.b. Revisions in the lineart and/or color phase will only be allowed if it doesn't affect the entirety of the piece.c. Revisions after the art is deemed complete will not be accepted.vi. Art Usage
a. Commissioned art can be used for personal use only.b. I, the artist, am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to promote myself, display it where I want (website, social media) but not profit further unless the customer break any of the terms.c. Commercial use (e.g. selling prints, t-shirts, and other merchandise) can be arranged in private messages and is subject to additional pricing, but is not allowed otherwise.
